9th Henan Electrical Engineering College Dean Forum Held Successfully

The 9th Henan Electrical Engineering College Dean Forum was held successfully!
With the theme of “Digital Intelligence Empowers Electrical Engineering, Industry-Education Collaboration Cultivates Talents”, the forum brought together electrical discipline leaders from provincial universities and representatives of industrial enterprises. Participants exchanged views on the society’s work including academic exchanges, appraisal of scientific and technological achievements, new product appraisal, intellectual consultation, electrical engineer training and science popularization.
As the electrical industry continues to upgrade, the standards for engineering talents keep rising. When recruiting engineering technicians, enterprises no longer focus merely on theoretical knowledge. Practical operation skills, on-site problem-solving capabilities and understanding of real industrial pain points have all become important criteria for talent assessment. Deepened industry-education cooperation between universities and electrical enterprises enables talent training to better fit frontline production scenarios and continuously delivers high-quality engineering talents for the power industry.
Digital technologies are deeply integrated into the whole process of R&D, production, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment. Changes are taking place in electrical equipment scheme design, component processing, complete machine production, factory inspection, operation and management. For power equipment enterprises, keeping up with the digital trend, continuously optimizing production processes, upgrading manufacturing equipment and iterating product technologies is an inevitable path to enhance product competitiveness and adapt to market changes.
