Product Introduction

  • The S(B)H15 series oil-immersed amorphous alloy core distribution transformer is a new type of energy-saving distribution transformer that uses amorphous alloy material as the magnetic core. Compared with traditional cold-rolled silicon steel cores, amorphous alloy materials feature excellent magnetic conductivity and extremely low specific loss. The no-load loss can be reduced by about 65% compared with the S11 series transformers, providing remarkable energy-saving performance. It is a highly efficient and energy-saving power distribution product widely promoted by national energy-saving policies.
  • This series adopts a fully sealed oil-immersed structure. The core is made of amorphous alloy materials composed of elements such as iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon and boron. As an isotropic soft magnetic material, amorphous alloy features low magnetization power, thin material thickness and high resistivity, offering better magnetization and demagnetization performance than traditional silicon steel materials. Under the same efficiency level, the no-load loss can be significantly reduced, improving the overall operating efficiency of the transformer.
  • The S(B)H15 series transformers adopt imported amorphous alloy core materials and corrugated oil tank structure, manufactured through automated production lines. With a fully sealed maintenance-free design, the transformer features low noise, low loss, safe and reliable operation, and environmental friendliness. It is widely used in urban and rural power distribution networks, residential communities, hospitals, schools, public facilities and industrial enterprises.

Product Features

  • 1. Amorphous Alloy Core
  • The transformer core adopts a wound core structure with three-phase five-limb design, and the core cross-section is rectangular. Amorphous alloy is a type of amorphous metal with a disordered atomic structure, which eliminates the magnetic domain defects found in conventional crystalline materials, making magnetization and demagnetization easier.
  • The material thickness is only about 0.02 mm, produced by advanced planar rapid solidification casting technology, which significantly reduces core loss and improves energy efficiency.
  • 2. High-Strength Winding Structure
  • The windings adopt a rectangular multi-layer structure, made of high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors. Inter-layer insulation uses dot-coated insulating paper, which effectively improves mechanical strength and electrical performance, enhancing short-circuit resistance and operational stability.
  • 3. Corrugated Oil Tank
  • The transformer oil tank adopts a durable corrugated tank structure manufactured by an automated production line. Each product undergoes strict tests including hydraulic leakage testing, air pressure testing and fluorescent leakage inspection, ensuring excellent sealing performance and reliable operation.
